MOREP scientific chapter working on global warming issues today introduction on a new onset of device?acting on?city warming. Beside the previous issues,?decreasing the effect of Air Conditionning on city warming by encouraging to swirch off the AC during non?needs hours, a new onset of device plan which introduce the warm air produced by AC to outside air pulling it into water container in which the air temperature becomes acceptable?.
